Exercise rooms; stairclimbers, recumbent bicycle, rowing machine, treadmill, elliptical trainer.

Weight room; free weights / weight machines.

Monday – Thursday 12:00 – 9:00 PM

Friday – Saturday 12:00 – 8:00 PM

Everyday our stakeholders can participate in:

 

Open Gym (basketball, volleyball), Weight Training (Free weights, weight machines), Cardio Vascular Workout (Treadmill, Stairclimbers, Elliptical, Bicycle, rowing machine).  Computer Room (internet access). 

 

Currently our ongoing activities (which are open to the public and in most cases are free) are:

 

Co-ed Basketball (grades 4 - 7) every Tuesday at 6:00 PM

 

Kids Club Every Thursday at 6:15 PM

 

ALCC Chess Club every Friday at 4:00 PM

 

Senior Lunch (Monday - Friday) 12:00 N (with Living Independent for Everyone) (Cost 2.00)

 

Ceramic's every Wednesday at 8:00 am

 

USA Amateur Boxing Monday thru Friday 4:30 (35.00 registration fee to USA Boxing)

 

Girlscouts Monday's 4:30 PM (Grades 1 - 5)

 

Girlscouts Thursday's 4:30 PM (Grades 6 - up)

 

Denise A. Gray's Study Group Monday's at 6:00 PM (during school).

 

Game Night with a Police Officer every other Tuesday at 6:00 PM (during school).

 

Woman's Class A Volleyball wednesdays 6:00 PM (Nov thru March)

 

Adult Bocce Ball every Thursday 9:00 am - 12:00 (October thru May)

 

ALCC / Campfire / Monroe Public Schools Day Camp 2006 - Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM till 3:45 PM (cost $30.00)
