There was a VIP get together.  Alcohol may have been a factor.  In any case Councilperson Jean Guyor needed a restroom desperately and opened a door and seeing total darkness made a leap into the dark opening.  She is apparently claiming latent disabling injuries suing the City.

If I were Jean Guyor I would  asked where a restroom was, have just messed myself, or just squatted and relieved myself in the street.  Most persons who know her would find this more acceptable than the Super Woman act sans a flying cape.

This assumption and opinion is based on information is garnered from the local paper.

The new office is located at

118 East Front Street

NOTE: Jean Guyor still serves on the board.

A printable map of the floor layout including directions to the rest rooms will be printed here as soon as the fire marshal and our ADA attorney can help me make sure that the building is safe.  Until we are assured by experts that there are no dark holes into which the social elate and common folks can fall into your web keeper's advice is to stay away.
